This project comprises of of a combination of works -

Building Works - partial demolition of the roof to an existing building, construction of an extension to the existing building and construction of a new covered roof over an existing path.

Civil works - Clearing and grubbing; Earthworks and construction of building pad; Modifications to existing footpaths; Construction of stormwater drainage system

Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics works - The termination and connection of existing services the provision of new services to accommodate the extension of the existing building, upgrading of existing services where required.

Temporary Classroom - Supply and install a temporary classroom
